PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: December 5, 2025
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how BH Monitor Services, LLC, doing business as AdvisorSEO Max (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the AdvisorSEO Max platform and all related tools, applications, modules, beta features, and services (collectively, the “Service”). This Policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service and, where applicable, our Beta Tester Agreement, each of which governs your use of the Service and contains important provisions regarding eligibility, responsibilities, disclaimers, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the data practices described in this Policy.
We collect personal information in several ways in order to provide, maintain, and enhance the Service. When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, company affiliation, professional role, and other registration details needed to authenticate your identity and administer your subscription. Payment information you provide is processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor, and we do not store complete payment card numbers on our systems. As you interact with the Service, we collect information regarding your usage patterns, including the tools you access, the URLs and content you analyze, the features you engage with, and the timing, sequence, and duration of those interactions. This includes your use of AI-driven tools such as the SEO Scorecard, Schema Generator, Meta Tag Analyzer, Meta Tag Generator, AI Visibility Check, Blog Optimizer, and other modules described in our Terms of Service and reflected in the AdvisorSEO Max dashboard. Your interactions with these tools may generate system logs, diagnostic information, and analytic outputs necessary for the proper functioning of the Service and for the improvement of our algorithms, scoring methodologies, and AI systems.
If you choose to connect third-party integrations such as Google Search Console, we access only the information required to display relevant performance metrics within the AdvisorSEO Max interface. We do not modify or publish data stored within connected accounts. In addition to usage-related data, we collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, cookie identifiers, and related telemetry used to support secure authentication, session management, fraud detection, debugging, and platform optimization. Cookies and similar technologies are used only to support essential platform functionality, maintain secure sessions, and understand general usage patterns. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising or behavioral tracking.
We use the personal information we collect to operate and maintain the Service; to provide access to the AdvisorSEO Max Tools; to supply AI-generated analyses, metadata suggestions, schema recommendations, and technical insights; to administer user accounts and subscriptions; and to process payments and deliver transactional communications. We also use personal information to analyze system performance, investigate errors, improve the stability and effectiveness of our tools, refine scoring systems and AI models, and enhance the overall user experience. As described in the Terms of Service and the Beta Tester Agreement, certain outputs—particularly AI-driven analyses—may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for production or regulatory use, and all such outputs must be independently reviewed by the user prior to implementation. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use personal information for advertising or marketing unrelated to the Service.
We disclose personal information only to trusted service providers who assist in operating and supporting the Service. These providers include Stripe for payment processing; Supabase for hosting, database services, and authentication; OpenAI, Perplexity, Anthropic, and certain Google APIs for AI-based processing, content analysis, and scoring functionalities; and additional vendors who provide system monitoring, error detection, and security services. All such providers are contractually required to maintain the confidentiality of personal information and to use it solely as directed by the Company. We may disclose information when required by law, when responding to lawful requests from public authorities, or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of the Company, the Service, and its users. We do not share personal information with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not authorize our service providers to use personal data for their own independent purposes.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on account activity, the nature of the information, and operational or regulatory requirements. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal information. These safeguards include encryption of data in transit, strict access controls, credential hashing, logging and monitoring, and other industry-standard security practices. While we strive to maintain a secure environment, no system can guarantee absolute security, and users should understand that the transmission of data over the internet involves inherent risks.
If you access the Service from a location outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. When required, we rely on legally recognized mechanisms, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to safeguard international data transfers. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or objection to certain forms of processing. You may submit such requests to support@advisorseomax.com, and we may require identity verification to process them.
The Service is intended for users who are at least eighteen years old, consistent with the eligibility requirements set forth in our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and any information inadvertently collected from a minor will be deleted promptly upon discovery. We may update this Policy periodically to reflect changes in our data practices, regulatory requirements, Service features, or business operations. Updated versions will be posted with a revised Effective Date, and your continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
If you have any questions regarding this Policy or our data-handling practices, you may contact us at support@advisorseomax.com.
